A= Depends. Second only to getting your case dismissed, keeping you out of jail is a main priority of mine. While a variety of factors will determine the likelihood, if at all, of doing any jail time, I have a very good track record of minimizing the adverse consequences, including jail time, to my clients. In any event, you will know what you are facing well in advance of actually facing it—that is partly why you hire me!
